Free Consultation at Absolute: During your complementary 20 minute consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss your dental needs and concerns with our team of clinical treatment coordinators all of whom are fully qualified, General Dental Council registered dental nurses. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and will be given an indication of the likely costs involved and an understanding of all the services we offer our clients.
Following your free consultation, should you wish to proceed with treatment, you will be given the opportunity to book a further appointment with one of our dentists. This consultation will be with either Rhodri or Ruth and gives us the opportunity to listen to any concerns or worries you may have with your teeth and dental care, we will generally also take detailed digital radiographs. Your gums, teeth and past dental work will be examined and you will also be screened for oral cancer. This comprehensive consultation will be charged at £65.00, or should you prefer to join our very popular membership this will be included in your monthly payment.
It is important that:
- You should arrive for your appointments on time and, if you need to cancel, give at least 48 hours notice.
- You should pay your bills on time. In the case of new patients, payment for treatment will be expected at time of booking appointment.
- You should attend regular preventative care appointments to take care of any work we do for you.
- You should let us know if you are unhappy about any aspect of the care we give you, so that we can make amends.
