During a one to one day we work towards whatever issues you bring on your agenda, ranging from performance reviews, telephone answering techniques, delegation techniques, budget setting, to setting up personal files and advice on what should be included.
The day's training is held at Absolute Dental, which allows us to use the resources the practice has developed as well as allowing attendees to witness first hand the systems and services we have developed. |
