I initially came into contact with Absolute Dental when I took my elderly father there as a patient of Mr John. My father needs a lot of persuasion to visit a dentist, so when he was very complimentary about Absolute Dental, I realised that the practice was something special!

I therefore decided to have a 10 year old front bridge, which was causing problems, looked at by Absolute Dental. I knew there would be no easy solution because my upper and lower teeth do not meet on one side causing a very deep bite. Mr John recommended that I see specialist Mr Beare, who investigated and came up with a solution which entailed making a new bridge and strengthening the supporting teeth, some of which had become decayed. I was given a detailed description of the treatment required with a breakdown of costs.

After agreeing to go ahead with the new bridge, I always received an excellent quality of care and treatment. On various occasions, Mr Beare came into Absolute Dental during his time off to sort out problems which had occurred over the weekend, always with a cheerful smile. I also received excellent support from Mr John and all of the staff in a very prompt, efficient, and friendly manner.

The very successful treatment has enabled me to smile with confidence and eat without sore gums. The cost of the course of treatment was the same as the initial quotation had specified, which helped me to budget for the very professional treatment given. For the last 20 plus years I have been with my childhood dentist. One of the main reasons for this is that I have not been brave enough to try another one, despite now living hundreds of miles away! I have finally accepted that this is impractical and Absolute Dental was recommended to me. Despite my initial trepidation the care I received at Absolute Dental was superb, in terms of both the diagnosis, advice and treatment provided by Rhod and his dental team, and the friendly, professional and considerate way all the staff looked after me. As a result of my experience I have now signed up as a long-term patient with the practice and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

My name is Margi and I don't go to dentists, indeed have not for a great many years as I am terrified.I finally went along to see Maureen the wonderful hygienist and Mr John, the not too scary dentist, earlier this year and I have to say they are wonderful, efficient and gentle that I have lost all of my fear about dentistry. I even allowed Mr John to remove and replace an amalgam filling which had been causing me a great deal of concern for years. I knew it had to be done but my terror had been making it impossible. I am now looking forward to more positive work to my gums and teeth, which I would formally simply tried to ignore. Thank you so much you two and the rest of the wonderful team at Absolute.

I have received so many compliments on my complexion since the face peel, and my continued use of CosMedix products. I just had to write, and tell you that I cannot praise the procedure and the products highly enough. It has certainly been ‘gain without pain’. An unexpected result of the use of CosMedix is – I suffered with sore eyes for some time, the doctor gave me eye drops etc. all to no avail. Since I have been using CosMedix the problem has simply gone away. Aside from that my skin is better than it has been for years. There was never anybody more nervous of visiting the dentist than me. I would put it off and then put it off again! Meanwhile living with any pain and living on pain killers. This was coupled with the fact that I had always been embarrassed with the appearance of my teeth. I was lucky enough to be proposed to by my lovely fiancée and was determined I was going to look stunning on my wedding day and wasn’t going to allow my teeth to let me down!

After much searching I heard of Absolute Dental – my lucky day!. After one visit I was put completely at my ease, they were so friendly, calm and patient with me. After several visits over many months I’ve now completely overcome my fear and even better had a smile I’m really proud of.I can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Dental.

...I take a great interest in business development and what makes businesses successful. Yesterday, when I visited Absolute I was totally bowled over. Visually, it is very impressive. The glass, the lighting, the sterilisation room!, the whole ambience is just such a wow! But then we got talking to the girls and that was when my mind blew. They were so present, so attentive, not over powering, very positive, totally welcoming. I could not fault them in any way. At one point we asked Emmy if we could see a referral card…….and she ran to get it! What an amazing team!

So really, I just wanted to say ‘well done’. I don’t mean that in any patronising way I genuinely feel you have done an incredible job and must be really proud of all your achievements. I have seen many hundreds of businesses in my time and yours sits there right at the top. An excellent example to every other service industry in the country.
