How we like to provide for you

Absolute Dental is committed to providing its patients with the best possible care but to do so requires a two-way partnership. You will have the reassurance of a point of contact with your treatment coordinator, should you wish to discuss any element of your treatment plan or concerns.

We will listen to your dental problems, as well as clinically assessing them, so that we properly understand your needs and we will then provide you with the best possible dental treatment using the most up to date techniques and latest materials available. We will let you know in advance the cost of any proposed treatment.

We know that you don’t want to be kept waiting, so we will do our level best to see you on time.

What we expect from you

You should arrive for your appointments on time and, if you need to cancel, give at least 48 hours notice.

You should pay your bills on time.

You should attend regular preventative care appointments to take care of any work we do for you.

You should let us know if you are unhappy about any aspect of the care we give you, so that we can make amends.
