It is important that:

• You should arrive for your appointments on time and, if you need to cancel, give at least 48 hours notice.
• You should pay your bills on time. In the case of new patients, payment for treatment will be expected at time of booking appointment.
• You should attend regular preventative care appointments to take care of any work we do for you.
• You should let us know if you are unhappy about any aspect of the care we give you, so that we can make amends.

Please note:We always request that our patients make every effort to keep their appointments and will endeavour to give a reminder call one day in advance. Failure to attend or cancel without 48 hours notice will incur a missed appointment fee.The practice opening hours are as follows:

We provide an out of hours service to all registered patients. By using this service we can give advice and emergency treatment as necessary.

If you prefer you can leave a message on the answerphone at the practice and we will contact you first thing in the morning, or on Monday morning if you call over the weekend.
